It’s like an online chat room with different topics.&nbsp;</p><p>Still scared? Don’t worry we walk you through it in the <a href="https://taafi.com/industry/2020/faq" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FAQ</a> page.</p><p>Friday's Drink n' Draw will be hosted by Bobby Chiu and Steve Wolfhard. Bobby is doing his painting demo in Magma Studio right before so tune in to watch him continue, or see Steve draw some funny things with weird faces. </p>

<p>"Bobby Chiu got his big break by designing characters for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Bobby has since won a number of awards for his creative work, including an Emmy for co-creating the animated tv show "Niko and the Sword of Light". He co-founded Imaginism Studios, LightBox Expo and Schoolism.com and is a co-owner of Magma Studio,. Between his many responsibilities Bobby still manages to work in concept and character design, publishes art books, teach digital painting and streams on Youtube regularly."</p><p><br></p>

<p>Joel and Spencer met during an epic hot-dog eating competition in Ottawa. After finishing in a tie, they developed a mutual respect for one another and decided to join forces.</p><p>When these two weenie boys aren't on the clock, working on hit cartoons, you can find them kicking back with their many, many friends, sipping and sketching. Come join the fun on Thursday night in the <a href="https://discord.gg/fkk2uEuwXe" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">TAAFI Discord Server</a>, as Joel and Spencer invite you to be friends with them and drink and draw the night away!</p>

You’ll learn not only what makes a pitch sell but how to make it work from every angle!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>

<p>Daytime Emmy nominee and 5-time Canadian Comedy Award nominee Brandon Lane is an award-winning director, showrunner, screenwriter and producer. He currently works as Development Producer at legendary Canadian animation-house Nelvana, previously working as Production Executive for Teletoon, YTV, Treehouse and Adult Swim Canada. Over the past decade, Brandon has overseen the production of over 380 hours of content, collaborating with partners like Disney, Netflix, HBO, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop, Hulu and Sony Pictures Animation. He currently showruns and directs the Youth Media Alliance Award of Excellence-winning preschool series <em>Miss Persona</em>, airing daily on Treehouse. Brandon co-created, wrote and directed the award-winning feature film <em>Princess Sparkly Butt &amp; The Hot Dog Kid</em> for Teletoon. The film was adapted from an award-winning Toronto Fringe Festival play Brandon also wrote and directed. He is showrunner, director and co-creator of <em>Space Dragon &amp; Kim</em> for Shaftesbury Kids and was co-showrunner on <em>D.N. Ace</em> for Teletoon. He is the creator and head writer of <em>Bunker Buds</em>, currently in development with CBC Kids through the CBC Creative Relief Fund.</p>

Brandon Lane

<p>A 22 year veteran of the animation industry, Barry’s work includes commercial and television animation, storyboards, animation supervision, and illustration for a variety of clients and studios including Brown Story, Guru, DHX, Nelvana, Snowball, Axyz and the National Film Board of Canada.</p><p>He founded the Toronto based animation lecture series Animatic T.O. in 2013, spent three years as the vice-president of the Toronto Animated Image Society and joined the board of the TAAFI animation festival in 2017.</p><p>A previous winner of TAC’s Pitch This competition and OIAF's Iron Developer contest, Barry has developed and continues to expand a slate of development-ready properties.</p>

Barry A Sanders

<p><span style="color: black;">Janice Walker is an award winning producer that has been</span> placed within the animation film and TV business for over 25 years. She is currently in the role of studio producer at Yowza! Animation. She is working on several animated series including <em>Green Eggs and Ham</em> and <em>Angry Birds</em>. In addition to producing &amp; executive roles she has acted as post production VFX supervisor, head of animation production, studio manager, supervising producer, production manager for series &amp; VP of production for feature and commercials. She brings a vast Experience with kids and family content working directly with domestic &amp; International broadcasters, co-producers, satellite studios, International companies and talent world wide. </p>

Janice Walker

<p>Look Mom! Productions discovered Stephen buried beneath the sands in the Valley of the Kings. Despite local tales of a curse they broke open his tomb and now they're stuck with him. As head of studio at Look Mom! Stephen brings 20 years of animation experience to the job of coordinating the in house artists and addressing the creative needs of any current productions. Stephen also helps to guide the creative output of the studio alongside the rest of the executive team.&nbsp;</p>
