Not every project fits in the same box. These producers know that better than most, as their studios take on an eclectic array of work that requires them to be flexible and adaptable in how they get it done.

Josh Bowen (Look Mom! Productions) is joined by Tysen Potter (Little Blackstone Studios) and Dale Hayward (See Creature Productions) for a discussion about the challenges and benefits of approaching each project as a unique opportunity to do things differently.

Dale Hayward, Director/Co-Owner, See Creature

Dale Hayward is a Canadian director and animator, who believes anything can be animated. He specializes in stop-motion and is the co-founder of See Creature Productions and See Learn Academy. He is the co-director of the award winning short film Bone Mother, and has worked on a wide range of productions, from Netflix’s The Little Prince to Kiri & Lou to commercials for Nike, Tim Hortons and Hot Wheels.

Josh Bowen, Managing Director, Look Mom! Productions

Josh started Look Mom! Productions in 2016. The studio specializes in adult animated comedy for teens and adults. Some of the studio's notable productions include Gary and His Demons (Amazon) and Doomlands (Roku).

Tysen Potter, Lead Producer & Development, Little Blackstone Studios & Big Studios

Tysen is an Emmy nominated and Oscar shortlisted producer, and is currently the lead producer and head of development at Little Blackstone Studios and Big Studios. Prior to joining the world of animation he began his production career over a decade ago in advertising. He has since produced films and series for Netflix, HBO, Peacock, Disney, ESPN, FIFA and many more. In the past year, a few of Tysen’s notable projects include producing the Women’s World Cup for FIFA, segments of NFL Sunday Funday with ESPN and Pixar, and a new documentary series with Netflix.
