<p>Yurie Rocha is a Canadian director born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After graduating from Sheridan College for Classical Animation in 2004, Yurie joined Guru Studio where he honed his love for lighting, cinematography and character development, working on CG animated commercials for companies like Kraft and Tropicana. In 2012, Yurie was tapped to creatively direct and CG supervise the creation of the hit animated series PAW Patrol in partnership with Spin Master and Nickelodeon. As a senior creative lead at Guru Studio, Yurie would go on to spearhead the launch of new properties such as Dinopaws (Cbeebies) and True and The Rainbow Kingdom (Netflix). Yurie's focus then turned to directing where he was instrumental in launching Pikwik Pack for Disney Junior and Hulu. Yurie is currently working with Sesame Workshop to direct Mecha Builders (HBO Max) which stars Elmo, Cookie Monster and Abby as giant CG robots. Yurie continues to be most passionate about bringing characters to life that children will love, trust and cherish.</p>

<p>Trevor Deane-Freeman is the director on Daniel Spellbound; he has been delighting audiences with his skillful animation work for over 25 years. Trevor is known for his animation work on many children’s films, series and commercials including Osmosis Jones (2001), Eight Crazy Nights (2002), Gnomeo &amp; Juliet (2011), The Nut Job (2014), and more. Trevor acted as a Lead Animator on The Little Prince (2015) and worked as a Storyboard artist on Troll Hunters (2016), 3 Below (2018), and the Watership Down mini series (2018). He worked as Storyboard Supervisor before stepping in to co-direct 17 episodes of Remy &amp; Boo (2020), then  co-directed on season 1 of Daniel Spellbound and directed season 2. Trevor is currently co-directing the second season of the hit preschool series Dino Ranch.</p>

No prob, TAAFI has you covered!</p><p>After an intro by Wacom on all the newest features of their industry standard screens and computers we get down to some drawing! <br><br>Together for the first time but not the last is Wacom and Werner Zimmermann. Bring a sketchbook, your ipad, or a block of road slush and get drawing with a LIVE costumed model. <br><br>We'll be using software from our partners at the festival, Clip Studio Paint, and Harmony from ToonBoom! Led by Toronto's godfather of life drawing Werner Zimmerman, illustrator and professor at Seneca College and Stephen Chien, fine artist and Illustrator.</p>

<p>Werner Zimmermann is an award-winning artist, illustrator and educator. His career in children’s books and his experience as a teacher both started in 1986. Around the time he started illustrating <em>Farmer Joe’s Hot Day</em>, he also started teaching figure drawing in the Animation department at Sheridan College.</p><p style="text-align: start">He has since illustrated a number of children’s books and taught steadily at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.senecacollege.ca/"><strong>Seneca</strong></a> and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://humber.ca/"><strong>Humber</strong></a> Colleges.</p>
