Krishnabh Thengal hails from Diphu, a small town in the Karbi Anglong District of Assam. His mother, Dr. Binita Das, holds the position of Associate Professor in the History Department at Puthimari College, while his father, Mr. Amar Thengal, is retired as a lecturer in the same department at Diphu Girls College. Krishnabh did his schooling from Shrimanta Shankar Academy in Guwahati. Since his schooldays, he has been very passionate for drawing and painting. During the Sundays he would go to learn painting from Mr. Anup Kr. Sarmah at Rupvarnam Fine art Society. His art teacher greatly influenced him to dive into the field of Design. During his off time from studies, he used to watch animated shows like Tom and Jerry, Looney toons etc. which fascinated him a lot and he made up his mind to learn the beautiful craft of animation.
